FOX Pilot Deputy to Shoot in Atlanta

True Detective’s Stephen Dorff will star in the hourlong FOX drama pilot Deputy, which will shoot in Atlanta in March. The actor will play a rough-and-tumble career police officer who is unexpectedly made sheriff of Los Angeles County, a position of responsibility at odds with his natural tendencies. David Ayer (Bright, Suicide Squad, Sabotage) will direct from a script by Aquaman writer Will Beall.
