Location Scouts in ATL for Pryor Biopic

Scouts have been on the ground actively exploring possible Atlanta locations for the biopic Richard Pryor: Is It Something I Said? After several delays, the highly anticipated feature film from The Weinstein Company is now eyeing an early spring 2017 start on filming. Jay-Z is a producer, Empire/Star creator Lee Daniels is apparently still directing, Mike Epps (Survivor’s Remorse, the Hangover movies, pictured) will portray Pryor and Eddie Murphy, Oprah Winfrey and Kate Hudson are also starring.
