Den of Thieves Descends on Atlanta

Long in development – first at New Line, then Relativity before it went bankrupt, and subsequently picked up by STX Entertainment – production on the crime thriller Den of Thieves is finally ramping up in Atlanta. Gerard Butler (pictured), 50 Cent and Dawn Olivieri stars in the story of a barkeep who unwittingly gets involved with a gang of thieves plotting to rob the Federal Reserve. Christian Gudegast, co-writer of London Has Fallen (also starring Butler), will direct, with other shooting locations including L.A. and Puerto Rico.
